Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Sutherland Shire, building relationships, monitoring performance dashboards, reducing churn, onboarding partners, and identifying upsell and growth opportunities. The role combines frequent field visits with planning and analysis, requiring commercial judgment, autonomy, and collaboration to improve partner retention, revenue, campaigns, and account management processes.

Owns CX readiness and response for incidents, campaigns, launches, and volume surges. Builds capacity models, contractor benches, playbooks, routing workflows, communication systems, and AI-assisted tools. Coordinates CX, Product, Engineering, Payments, frontline teams, and leaders during live events, tracks workload and customer outcomes, and improves processes after each incident.

Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads in Australia and the UK. Monitor CPA, conversion rates, creative performance, attribution, and budget pacing; produce recurring reports; conduct A/B tests; coordinate with an external agency; analyse geo-level performance; and identify data discrepancies. The role also uses AI tools and marketing data systems to automate workflows and improve campaign analysis.

Acquire and grow restaurant partnerships across Sydney through in-person prospecting, cold outreach, and meetings. Manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver product pitches, negotiate and close agreements, onboard new venues, support initial campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM records while feeding market insights back to the team.

Lead and grow engineering teams and managers, partner with Product and Design to deliver roadmap, remove technical blockers, drive AI adoption, improve SDLC and hiring, and ensure architecture and solutions align with customer and commercial goals.

Own the end-to-end ML infrastructure supporting forecasting and other production models. Responsibilities include feature store development, model deployment, experimentation in Databricks, serving APIs, monitoring, drift detection, forecasting infrastructure, and explainability systems using LLMs and vector databases. Partner closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product leaders to ship reliable, low-latency ML systems on AWS.

Lead EatClub’s global lifecycle marketing strategy to convert first-time diners into repeat, loyal customers. Own retention, frequency, activation, customer economics, experimentation, incentives, and lifetime value outcomes across markets. Partner with Product, Data, Acquisition, and Finance while building scalable lifecycle systems and capabilities. Lead and grow the Lifecycle team in a fast-scaling consumer marketplace.
