Success is measured through partner retention, revenue growth, portfolio performance, and territory expansion.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Sutherland Shire, building relationships, monitoring performance dashboards, reducing churn, onboarding partners, and identifying upsell and growth opportunities. The role combines frequent field visits with planning and analysis, requiring commercial judgment, autonomy, and collaboration to improve partner retention, revenue, campaigns, and account management processes.

Owns CX readiness and response for incidents, campaigns, launches, and volume surges. Builds capacity models, contractor benches, playbooks, routing workflows, communication systems, and AI-assisted tools. Coordinates CX, Product, Engineering, Payments, frontline teams, and leaders during live events, tracks workload and customer outcomes, and improves processes after each incident.
