Lead and coach a team of 8–10 SDRs, own pipeline contribution and forecasting, improve outbound sales motions, oversee onboarding and development, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase conversion. Use CRM data and dashboards to track performance, provide feedback, refine messaging and cadences, and build a high-performing, values-driven team culture.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from qualified opportunity through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline with SDR support, engage finance decision-makers, maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on customer transitions. The role requires proven technology sales experience, strong discovery and negotiation skills, senior stakeholder engagement, and disciplined pipeline management.

Perform outbound outreach to finance decision-makers, qualify cold and warm leads, craft personalized messaging, and hand opportunities to Business Development Managers while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and pipeline.
