Manage and grow an assigned enterprise portfolio through strategic account planning, renewals, and relationship building. Identify growth opportunities, ensure customer success, maintain Salesforce data, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver revenue and retention outcomes while championing EROAD's safety-focused solutions.

The Hardware Validation Engineer will drive hardware validation, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate design changes, working closely with design engineers.

Lead retention, expansion, and growth across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. Build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, create and execute account plans, manage renewals and negotiations, own pipeline and forecasting (Salesforce), apply MEDDPICC qualification, and collaborate with internal teams to drive predictable, profitable ARR growth while promoting safety and compliance.
