Drive conference and event sales for QT Parramatta, converting enquiries into bookings across meetings, conferences, banquets, and weddings. Manage the full sales cycle, conduct site inspections, follow up leads, exceed revenue targets, upsell event services, maintain accurate iVvy and client database records, coordinate with hotel departments, monitor competitors, support commercial campaigns, and provide sales reporting and insights.

Owns month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, variance analysis, fixed asset accounting, tax compliance, statutory reporting, audit coordination, cashflow forecasting, and finance transformation initiatives across EVT’s hospitality and leisure businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Manage end-to-end Australian and New Zealand payroll, including validations, approvals, reconciliations, legislative compliance, deductions, lifecycle actions, and audit support. Provide payroll system and legislation expertise, resolve complex queries, mentor payroll officers, partner with Finance and HR, safeguard employee data, and lead process improvements and automation.
