Designs and supports Nutanix infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid multicloud solutions for partners and customers. Responsibilities include pre- and post-sales technical engagement, solution architecture, sizing, configuration, proposals, tenders, proof of concepts, workshops, training, troubleshooting, technical escalation, and partner enablement. The role collaborates with Nutanix, sales, vendor, and technical teams to modernize infrastructure and drive solution adoption and revenue.

Generates, manages, and closes digital, social, phone-based, and inbound/outbound sales opportunities for Palo Alto Networks solutions. Builds relationships with customers, partners, and vendor stakeholders; follows up on quotes; develops cross-sell and upsell opportunities; coordinates RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, and presentations; and supports territory growth, partner engagement, and vendor objectives.

Manage day-to-day APAC customer support operations, including queue management, coverage, escalations, KPI and SLA performance, ticket quality, and customer communications. Lead coaching, performance management, workflow improvement, automation, AI adoption, self-service, knowledge management, and root-cause analysis. Partner with Product, Engineering, Problem Management, and regional leadership to resolve recurring issues, support strategic accounts, and meet compliance and governance requirements.
