Own retention and winback activity for at-risk and cancelled clients. Diagnose real reasons for churn, run outbound winback campaigns, negotiate renewals, prioritise saves by commercial value, and feed cancellation insights back to the Retention Manager to improve processes.

The role involves providing commercial legal advice to startups and small businesses, emphasizing autonomy, client satisfaction, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
