Lead the annual events strategy and calendar across Cyber Security, IT & Cloud, and AI & Automation. Plan and execute conferences, webinars, executive events and partner activations; manage suppliers, budgets, logistics, registrations and reporting; collaborate with Sales and Strategic Alliances to drive pipeline, ROI and repurpose event content into marketing assets.

Lead design and implementation of Saviynt identity governance solutions, run design workshops, build/customise connectors, configure workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and create compliance dashboards and reports to support audits and remediation.

Monitor, detect and respond to security alerts on edge security platforms; investigate threats, perform incident response and remediation; configure and optimise vendor security services; conduct traffic analysis, log correlation and threat hunting; support vulnerability assessments and post-incident reviews; collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners and maintain operational documentation.

Lead end-to-end IT project delivery with hands-on implementation and technical leadership across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. Manage migrations, identity and access governance, infrastructure builds, security controls, backup/recovery, and client/vendor relationships while ensuring documentation, risk mitigation, and smooth transition to BAU.

Provide onsite deskside and walk-up IT support within an enterprise environment: troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, manage incidents via ITSM, deploy and configure devices, support onboarding, meeting rooms and lifecycle activities, maintain asset records, and collaborate with service desk, vendors and specialists to drive service improvements.
