Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure for a large-scale data centre transformation program. Responsibilities include routing and switching, migration delivery, troubleshooting, performance improvements, testing, transition activities, and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.

Supports HR reporting, workforce analytics, compliance, policy alignment, HRIS and ATS migration, cultural integration, manager training, and generalist employee lifecycle processes. Produces recurring workforce reports, analyzes trends, validates HR data, assists with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding, documentation, and employee guidance across multiple geographies.

Deliver complex IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations. Configure and migrate Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint, server, networking, security, backup, and recovery environments. Provide technical leadership across concurrent projects, manage risks, maintain documentation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams while meeting quality and security standards.

Design and deliver secure, scalable network infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include enterprise network transformation, cloud connectivity, data center modernization, network security segmentation, infrastructure automation, technology migrations, architecture reviews, and technical design governance. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, project teams, stakeholders, and enterprise clients, along with producing detailed technical documentation and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
