Deliver complex IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations. Configure and migrate Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint, server, networking, security, backup, and recovery environments. Provide technical leadership across concurrent projects, manage risks, maintain documentation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams while meeting quality and security standards.

Provides commercially focused legal advice across contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance, dispute resolution, privacy, data protection, technology procurement, and legal operations. Partners with Sales, Procurement, Delivery, and Operations teams, drafts and reviews commercial agreements, manages legal risk, maintains templates and playbooks, and supports strategic initiatives alongside the General Counsel.

Design and deliver secure, scalable network infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include enterprise network transformation, cloud connectivity, data center modernization, network security segmentation, infrastructure automation, technology migrations, architecture reviews, and technical design governance. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, project teams, stakeholders, and enterprise clients, along with producing detailed technical documentation and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
