Lead and execute end-to-end ANZ marketing programs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Own event logistics, test and scale channels, build customer advocacy and community, monitor performance to hit pipeline goals, and advise APAC/global teams on ANZ market dynamics.

Lead recruitment, enablement, and growth of solution, channel, and reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand. Build partner business plans, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, negotiate agreements, enable partner sales teams, run joint GTM motions and campaigns, manage PRM and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to convert partner relationships into measurable revenue.

Lead and scale Mixpanel's Australia & New Zealand sales organization as a player-coach. Drive revenue across new business, expansion, and renewals; build predictable pipeline; hire and develop AEs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise; enforce sales processes, forecasting, territory planning, and cross-functional GTM alignment.

Sell Mixpanel's product analytics to enterprise customers across ANZ. Manage complex 6–18 month sales cycles from prospecting to procurement, engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce records, and build Mixpanel's market presence across ANZ.

Lead technical qualification and deliver customised demos and proofs-of-concept for enterprise prospects across ANZ. Advise on data architecture, ingestion, governance, and rollout strategies; partner with sales and post-sales teams to drive revenue and ensure successful implementation and measurable business outcomes.
