Lead tax and group financial reporting activities including GST, BAS/IAS, FBT, WHT and fuel tax rebates. Ensure service excellence, meet KPIs, manage financial performance and margins, oversee onboarding and SOPs, resolve escalations, provide strategic supply chain advice, and identify organic sales opportunities through collaboration with internal teams.

Supervise and coach a client services team in freight forwarding, manage daily operations and a small client portfolio, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, resolve escalations, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement and client retention.
