Lead tax and group financial reporting activities including GST, BAS/IAS, FBT, WHT and fuel tax rebates. Prepare financial statements, tax workpapers and Board materials, advise senior leadership on cross-border tax strategy, manage audits, partner on budgets/forecasts, maintain GL and compliance systems, and liaise with tax authorities and external advisors.

Supervise and coach a client services team in freight forwarding, manage daily operations and a small client portfolio, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, resolve escalations, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement and client retention.

Provide hands-on HR support to Sydney warehouse and transport operations: interpret and ensure compliance with Awards and NES, support rostering and fatigue management, advise leaders on performance and conduct, manage recruitment and retention, handle grievances and disputes, partner with WHS on safety-related HR issues, and lead change and improvement projects.
