Build and maintain client relationships while coordinating global freight shipments from order through delivery. Track shipments in the OneTrack Dashboard, maintain accurate client profiles and reports, support account setup and onboarding, resolve issues proactively, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and onshore/offshore teams.

Allocate drivers and transport jobs in a high-volume road freight operation, monitor fleet progress in real time, communicate assignments by radio, update customers about delivery changes, manage container deliveries and empty returns, reconcile records, and enforce fatigue, weight-limit, Chain of Responsibility, and dangerous-goods compliance.

Leads process excellence across Australia by reviewing, designing, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end freight forwarding processes. The role oversees process governance, continuous improvement, operational KPIs, stakeholder workshops, global initiative adoption, CargoWise One rollout support, workflow validation, UAT, and country deployments. It requires strong air and ocean freight knowledge, cross-regional collaboration, and the ability to align global standards with local operational needs.
