Lead tax and group financial reporting activities including GST, BAS/IAS, FBT, WHT and fuel tax rebates. Prepare financial statements, tax workpapers and Board materials, advise senior leadership on cross-border tax strategy, manage audits, partner on budgets/forecasts, maintain GL and compliance systems, and liaise with tax authorities and external advisors.

Prepare financial statements, group tax workpapers, and compliance reporting under Australian accounting and tax laws. Manage tax interactions with advisors and authorities, maintain GL and reporting systems (CargoWise One), support budgeting, forecasts, audits, and employee disbursements, and contribute to projects and leadership recommendations.

Hands-on HR Business Partner supporting Sydney warehouse and transport operations. Advise leaders on Awards and Enterprise Agreements, manage rostering, recruitment, performance, grievances, and WHS collaboration. Regular site presence, coaching frontline supervisors, and resolving industrial relations and operational HR issues.
