Supports workforce scheduling across a retail network by reviewing roster coverage, identifying discrepancies, preparing attendance and staffing reports, maintaining employee and organisational data, and responding to store enquiries. The role reconciles information across workforce systems, supports onboarding and offboarding, provides accurate payroll and compliance data, and improves reporting and automation using Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and analytics tools.

Receive, load/unload and pick/pack stock; label, palletise and maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness; perform quality checks, follow WHS policies, and coordinate with teams for timely deliveries.

Handle inbound sales enquiries and calls, convert leads using product knowledge and needs-based selling, achieve daily/weekly sales targets, complete sales paperwork, follow up with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent service.
