Owns end-to-end financial reporting, month-end close, journals, reconciliations, P&L analysis, variance reporting, cost control, payroll journal analysis, SOX compliance, audits, and statutory reporting. Lead sourcing and subcontract activities from strategy to award and ongoing management. Run RFx processes, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, draft and manage subcontracts and variations, monitor supplier performance, resolve commercial issues, support Australian Industry Capability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in subcontracting processes.

Lead and standardise Configuration and Data Management across Northrop Grumman Australia. Improve CM/DM processes and governance, provide technical leadership on baselines and engineering change, drive PLM tool governance (3DX), mentor practitioners, and partner with engineering and program stakeholders to manage risk and improve outcomes.

Lead security governance and assurance activities to ensure DISP and protective security compliance. Manage assurance calendar, conduct audits, assess and track risks, develop policies and reporting tools, uplift security maturity, and support Defence stakeholder reporting.

Join the Cyber Security Operations Centre to perform log and alert analysis, threat hunting, incident investigation and response. Tune and uplift security controls (IPS, email gateways, EDR, SIEM), improve processes and tooling, and support secure evolution of M365 and cloud environments. Work standard business hours on proactive defensive activities with mentorship and development opportunities.

Develop, integrate, test and document software for a secure communications solution. Work across system layers on performance, reliability and new features. Collaborate with systems, test and support teams, participate in design/code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead complex source-to-contract activities for defence programs: develop sourcing strategies, run RFx processes, evaluate, negotiate and award subcontracts, manage supplier performance, ensure Defence and company compliance, and support Australian Industry Capability and continuous improvement.
