Lead local RAM engineering services for defence aviation programs: manage RAM team tasking, identify and mitigate reliability degraders, support RAM enterprise development and reporting, and provide RAM/obsolescence and life‑cycle‑cost analysis to improve availability and total cost of ownership.

Lead enterprise commercial strategy across bids and major programs; advise executives on pricing, risk, contracting and negotiation; identify and manage complex commercial risks; integrate commercial inputs across Programs, Finance, Legal, Contracts and Supply Chain; lead high‑value negotiations; and drive initiatives to uplift commercial capability, frameworks and ways of working.

Provide expert export/trade compliance advice on complex ITAR, EAR and DTCA scenarios; shape compliant pathways for defence programmes; manage regulatory obligations and authorisations; mentor staff; liaise with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, auditable decisions and outcomes.

Monitor Defence activity, tenders and competitor movements to produce fast, actionable briefs and customer/competitor insights. Support win and Black Hat strategy, build and visualise pipeline intelligence, and enable evidence-based decisions for senior leadership.

Build and maintain pricing and cost models for bids and opportunities, gather inputs from engineering and program teams, challenge assumptions, support capture and bid submissions, and standardise pricing tools and processes across programs.

Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories including sourcing, supplier engagement, negotiation, contract and subcontract management, purchase order processing in SAP, procure-to-pay activities, strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, P-Card administration, and providing procurement guidance to stakeholders while maintaining audit-ready records.

Lead commercial contract management for Defence sustainment programs: negotiate CCPs and S&Qs, provide risk-balanced commercial advice, partner with Commonwealth stakeholders, support contract reviews and performance compliance.

Lead mechanical/structures engineering for KC-30A sustainment: support TLS, CI management, CAMO and MTCH/DASR services; provide technical assistance to base/line maintenance, procurement support, and mentor engineering team members while carrying limited supervisory duties.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare journals and reconciliations, perform P&L and variance analysis, support SOX compliance and audits, analyse payroll journals, partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights, and drive process improvements across Australian and US teams.
