Lead and standardise Configuration and Data Management across Northrop Grumman Australia. Improve CM/DM processes and governance, provide technical leadership on baselines and engineering change, drive PLM tool governance (3DX), mentor practitioners, and partner with engineering and program stakeholders to manage risk and improve outcomes.

Assemble major aircraft structures and subassemblies (fuselage panels, bulkheads, rudders, flaps, stabilizers). Align parts on jigs, perform part-fitting (filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming), riveting, drilling, reaming; measure with micrometers and calipers; modify assemblies for structural changes; and monitor/verify quality per statistical process/control procedures. Requires Australian citizenship and AU-Protected (Baseline) clearance. Travel ~10%.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare journals and reconciliations, perform P&L and variance analysis, support SOX compliance and audits, analyse payroll journals, partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights, and drive process improvements across Australian and US teams.

Lead local RAM engineering services for defence aviation programs: manage RAM team tasking, identify and mitigate reliability degraders, support RAM enterprise development and reporting, and provide RAM/obsolescence and life‑cycle‑cost analysis to improve availability and total cost of ownership.

Lead enterprise commercial strategy across bids and major programs; advise executives on pricing, risk, contracting and negotiation; identify and manage complex commercial risks; integrate commercial inputs across Programs, Finance, Legal, Contracts and Supply Chain; lead high‑value negotiations; and drive initiatives to uplift commercial capability, frameworks and ways of working.

Lead complex workplace investigations, advise leaders on performance, conduct and change, develop employee relations frameworks and policies, deliver leader capability programs, partner with Security/Legal/EHS, and monitor legislative trends to ensure compliant people practices.

Lead complex source-to-contract activities for defence programs: develop sourcing strategies, run RFx processes, evaluate, negotiate and award subcontracts, manage supplier performance, ensure Defence and company compliance, and support Australian Industry Capability and continuous improvement.

Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, performance, talent, engagement, organisational change and employee relations. Act as the go-to expert on industrial relations and enterprise agreements, advising on interpretation, remuneration frameworks and bargaining. Coach and build capability in managers to improve decision-making and deliver commercial business outcomes.
