Graduate consultants work in multidisciplinary project teams across sectors, engaging clients and stakeholders, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing clear deliverables and recommendations. The role includes intensive induction, ongoing professional development, and exposure to areas such as strategy, public policy, economics, implementation, digital, design, and organizational performance. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organization, resilience, curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and professionalism.

Lead and deliver project workstreams, engage clients and stakeholders, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, support business development, coordinate projects, and mentor junior consultants.
