Build and own RevOps systems connecting Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. Lead HubSpot architecture, pipeline hygiene, reporting, automations, playbooks, lead routing, and GTM process alignment. Design dashboards, enforce data standards, and document scalable processes.

Build and own Overflow's data infrastructure: design ETL/ELT and CDC pipelines, data warehouses, OLAP schemas, and a unified data layer. Enable self-service analytics and dashboards, implement Databricks Unity Catalog for governance, ensure data quality and monitoring, and partner with Head of AI and cross-functional teams to prepare semi-structured data for MLOps and advanced AI workflows.

Own the self-serve funnel for churches: signup, onboarding, activation, self-service account management, billing, and retention. Run data-driven experiments to improve conversion and time-to-value, partner with engineering, design, and product marketing, and track core metrics (signup conversion, activation, retention). Focus on reducing friction so customers succeed without sales assistance.
