Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers to deliver customer-focused products. Own team health, performance, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Partner with tech leads and Product on delivery and roadmap alignment. Remove blockers, improve processes, drive inclusive team culture, and manage performance through coaching and feedback.

Join the Core Applications team to build core platform systems, modernize authentication, handle large-scale data ingestion and petabyte datasets, and deliver features for major clients. Influence platform architecture, work across backend, frontend, infrastructure and developer tooling, and lead cross-functional projects with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions and high-quality delivery.

Build and own foundational full‑stack systems for Propeller's 3D mapping platform: design, implement, test, ship, and maintain services and UI, collaborate across teams, and support adoption of shared patterns.

Shape architecture, ship features, collaborate with product and design, incorporate AI tools into workflows, and turn survey data into actionable insights while fostering a pragmatic, high-impact engineering culture.
