Provide first-line customer support for a cloud-based property management platform through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include answering product questions, triaging and resolving issues, documenting interactions in Zendesk, identifying upsell and churn opportunities, and contributing to knowledge-base content and help videos. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organization, customer service, and property management or real estate experience.

Gather, analyze, validate, and document customer and business requirements for a cloud-based property management platform. Translate needs into workflows, user flows, specifications, and user stories; support product discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, feasibility analysis, and feature delivery. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, customers, and third-party providers to improve products and integrations, while supporting demonstrations, training, and product-related queries.
