Lead product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurable outcomes for Mortgage Choice’s broker and client lending experiences. Own application capture, data quality, submission flows, commissions, integrations, and platform evolution. Lead the New Homes sales team, grow key customer relationships, achieve financial and satisfaction targets, and support national sales strategy. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and developing sales leaders; coordinating state-wide sales activities; managing major customer sponsorships and events; driving cross-functional initiatives; and implementing strategic plans, processes, and change programs across the organization.

Develop, test, deploy, and operate machine learning pipelines and AI products using Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code tools. Build generative AI and traditional ML solutions, prototype proofs of concept, analyze data quality and coverage, and support dashboards and reporting. The role follows agile engineering practices, including test-driven development, continuous delivery, pair programming, and shared DevOps ownership.

Design, implement, test and deploy cloud-based data products and services. Maintain and modernise systems, ensure reliability, security and scalability, build ETL/data pipelines, tune performance, and support production environments.
