Troubleshoot technical issues, document deployments, validate go-live readiness, and advise customers on migrations, non-standard connectors, and platform configuration. The role requires SaaS implementation experience, cloud solution knowledge, on-premises-to-cloud migrations, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
