Leads APAC corridor growth and customer acquisition strategy by analyzing market opportunities, customer segments, pricing, promotions, channels, competitors, and onboarding funnels. Builds pricing, LTV, NPV, CAC, and acquisition models; develops business cases and prioritized growth plans; and influences Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams without direct authority. The role is accountable for improving acquisition growth and front-book NPV in a global, matrixed environment.

Leads Remitly Australia and the broader ANZ operating model as the entity’s COO. Owns outsourcing governance, regulatory compliance, customer complaints, operational resilience, Board reporting, service-provider performance, policies, KPIs, and scalable processes. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Audit, Marketing, HR, Facilities, and IT while managing outsourced services and supporting sustainable growth in a regulated financial-services environment.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for Remitly’s Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC operations. Responsibilities include financial services regulation, AML/CTF, payments, consumer protection, privacy, product launches, partner agreements, licensing, regulator engagement, and management of external counsel. The role also supports compliance, government relations, and practical legal tools using AI.
