Provide remote HR compliance support by reviewing employment agreements against the Manufacturing Award, identifying pay/leave discrepancies, drafting agreements and policies, and maintaining an HR compliance register. Perform administrative tasks including MRPeasy data entry, SharePoint/OneDrive organization, inbox and calendar management, customer follow-ups, social media management (Canva, content calendar, analytics), and basic marketing/email tasks.

Provide administrative and coordination support for Australian commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. Maintain project programs, manage document control in Procore and Microsoft systems, liaise with stakeholders, interpret drawings and BOQs, support procurement and subcontractor coordination, and assist with project close-out to ensure milestones and documentation are completed on schedule.

Edit six biweekly 30-minute podcast episodes: remove pauses, filler words, and noise; improve audio quality and flow; add intro/outro/music as needed; deliver polished final files on agreed timelines. Provide sample work for evaluation. Project-based freelance engagement with potential ongoing work.
