Serves as the senior client-facing Securities Operations SME for APAC, managing escalations, governance, service reviews, onboarding, and managed-service oversight. Coordinates delivery teams across Manila and Noida, drives operational improvements, supports complex issues across six securities operations domains, and coaches regional analysts. Owns relationship-management strategy, backup coverage, and executive stakeholder engagement for asset management and investment operations clients.

Lead advisory engagements with buy-side clients to align SimCorp solutions to business objectives, deliver ROI models and value assessments, advise senior stakeholders, support sales enablement, influence product roadmap, run workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive ongoing client optimization and expansion.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC and listed derivatives, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, margining, collateral management, reconciliations, and break resolution. The role monitors operational workflows and risks, ensures compliance with EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MiFID II, collaborates with internal teams and external counterparties, and supports process automation, documentation, audits, and operational improvements.

Leads derivatives and investment operations, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, data integrity, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role manages workflow improvements, supports tool implementation, mentors junior analysts, monitors operational risks and performance, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to improve efficiency and provide recommendations to senior leadership. The position follows a hybrid schedule requiring office attendance two days per week.

Serve as a trusted advisor for complex consulting engagements in Data Management. Lead solution scoping, architecture, feasibility assessment, design assurance, and implementation alignment with SimCorp standards. Own global consulting practice artifacts, improve methodologies, document best practices, enable consultants, and mentor aspiring architects. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Value Streams, project teams, and senior clients to resolve domain challenges and influence strategic architecture decisions.
