Own enterprise account growth across New South Wales by managing strategic customer relationships, developing new-logo opportunities, building qualified pipelines, and leading sales from discovery through close. Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, procurement stakeholders, and business leaders while translating technology capabilities into business value. Coordinate technical, engineering, delivery, partner, and leadership teams to develop proposals, business cases, and sustainable solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, networking, and infrastructure.

Manages end-to-end sales and commercial operations for complex technology transactions, including quoting, purchase orders, fulfillment, invoicing, payment coordination, reporting, and supply-chain dependencies. Coordinates customers, sales teams, finance, procurement, OEMs, distributors, and internal supply-chain stakeholders. Maintains operational data, identifies risks, improves quote-to-cash processes, supports onboarding and compliance, and develops scalable workflows, trackers, and reporting cadences.

Manages, reviews, drafts, redlines, and negotiates commercial contracts for technology products and services. Reviews RFPs for legal risks, coordinates with in-house counsel and internal subject matter experts, prepares contract summaries, supports business teams, and tracks contract reviews through the contract lifecycle management system. The role requires strong legal analysis, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills, plus in-house legal experience.

Manages multiple consulting workstreams, oversees consultants and analysts, solves client business problems, develops analytical and technology solutions, supports project planning, creates documentation and visualizations, presents recommendations, and develops educational and sales materials. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, project management, and client engagement skills, with up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Lead cybersecurity consulting engagements to design and implement enterprise cyber resilience frameworks. Assess risks and vulnerabilities, advise on prevention/detection/response/recovery, own delivery and client relationships, mentor teams, drive business development, and implement resilience capabilities (e.g., recovery vaults, IREs).

Support sales teams by developing solutions, proposals, pricing, financial models, and executive presentations. Conduct opportunity analyses, RFP responses, customer presentations, account planning, and sales enablement. Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams and assist transition of won opportunities to program management.

Manage customer quotes, orders and Cisco hardware BOMs using CCW; maintain vendor and customer relationships; validate technical configurations with WWT tools; identify upsell opportunities; produce detailed quote and order reports.

Lead and oversee medium-to-large customer IT consulting projects, acting as primary client technical contact. Manage teams, ensure delivery quality, resolve technical risks, support sales scoping, mentor staff, and drive project profitability while maintaining standards and customer relationships.

Provide pre-sales systems engineering and solution architecture for enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. Create and maintain client architecture plans, run scoping workshops, develop technical proposals and deliverables, act as a trusted advisor to sales and engineering teams, build OEM and partner relationships, and identify services opportunities across WWT
s portfolio.

Provide technical pre-sales and architecture support for AI/HPC networking solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Scope requirements, design high-performance network and data center solutions (including power, cooling, cabling), build OEM relationships, advise customers on architectures supporting large GPU clusters, and identify services opportunities.
