Provide technical pre-sales and architecture support for AI/HPC networking solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Scope requirements, design high-performance network and data center solutions (including power, cooling, cabling), build OEM relationships, advise customers on architectures supporting large GPU clusters, and identify services opportunities.

Manage multiple client projects end-to-end: schedule, budget, scope, risk, QA, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow Professional Services partner relationships in ANZ, align partners with sales and regional teams, develop partner strategy, support partner vetting and technical validation, assist with quotes, SOW negotiations, escalation and partner program advocacy.
