Serve as the technical pre-sales lead within regional AI pods, designing end-to-end AI architectures (GPU/compute, networking, storage, software, MLOps), creating BOMs and PoC plans, coordinating ATC lab engagements, validating designs with NVIDIA and cloud partners, and ensuring clean handoffs to delivery teams to advance deals.

Pre-sales consulting role driving AI services engagements across AI Factory, AI Foundations, Workforce AI, and AI Native Engineering. Uncover client needs, scope and position consulting services, build business cases and TCO analyses, design ATC lab PoCs, and ensure continuity between pre-sales and delivery while collaborating with sales, architects, and delivery teams.

Lead and manage 2-3 AI PODs to drive pipeline growth, win strategic deals, and achieve revenue and margin targets. Coach and develop sales, coordinate shared and OEM resources, run structured GTM operating cadence, and personally engage in high-value customer pursuits and executive briefings.

Manage customer quotes, orders and Cisco hardware BOMs using CCW; maintain vendor and customer relationships; validate technical configurations with WWT tools; identify upsell opportunities; produce detailed quote and order reports.

Lead and oversee program-level workstreams and Project Managers to ensure PMO best practices. Manage program budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and stakeholder communications. Serve as single point of contact for escalations, support financial reporting, and ensure sub-project alignment and delivery against client goals.

Lead and oversee medium-to-large customer IT consulting projects, acting as primary client technical contact. Manage teams, ensure delivery quality, resolve technical risks, support sales scoping, mentor staff, and drive project profitability while maintaining standards and customer relationships.

Lead a team of program and project managers to deliver complex client programs. Own portfolio governance, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, financial performance, risk mitigation, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence.

Provide pre-sales systems engineering and solution architecture for enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. Create and maintain client architecture plans, run scoping workshops, develop technical proposals and deliverables, act as a trusted advisor to sales and engineering teams, build OEM and partner relationships, and identify services opportunities across WWT
s portfolio.

Manage strategic global technology partner relationships and partner programs to align with WWT go-to-market strategy. Build and execute business plans, negotiate OEM/reseller and distribution agreements, track KPIs and program investments, lead quarterly business reviews, enable partner onboarding and training, and collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing to drive partner-driven revenue and operational efficiency.

Provide technical pre-sales and architecture support for AI/HPC networking solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Scope requirements, design high-performance network and data center solutions (including power, cooling, cabling), build OEM relationships, advise customers on architectures supporting large GPU clusters, and identify services opportunities.

Manage multiple client projects end-to-end: schedule, budget, scope, risk, QA, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage high-volume contingent recruitment across Australia and APAC. Source and qualify candidates, maintain pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and partner with account teams and staffing partners to deliver strategic resourcing solutions.
