Provides inventory and manufacturing cost accounting support across the Australia and New Zealand region. Responsibilities include standard-cost variance analysis, financial close reconciliations, inventory counts and reporting, annual inventory cost rolls, ERP data integrity, excess and obsolete inventory analysis, savings assessments, process improvement, and audit support. The role partners with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and manufacturing teams.

Drive ANZ growth by identifying and commercialising integrated laboratory workflow solutions. Build strategic customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop value propositions, manage pipeline and forecast to increase cross-divisional revenue and workflow adoption.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, rapidly develop proofs of concept and scalable AI-enabled solutions using approved AI platforms, low-code and automation tools. Drive adoption through workshops, demos, reusable prompts/templates, and coaching while ensuring solutions meet Responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards and deliver measurable business value.

Act as the trusted IT partner for ANZ, driving enterprise application strategy and delivery for CRM/ERP (JDE E1). Translate business needs into technology initiatives, manage demand and vendors, ensure application health, optimize processes, and support adoption of ERP enhancements and integrations.

Provide FP&A analytics and reporting to support commercial teams: prepare performance reports, gap and deep-dive analyses, budgeting/AOP, system query and report development, and present business performance to stakeholders to drive sales effectiveness and planning.

Serve as ANZ Commercial Organisations strategic finance business partner, leading FP&A cycles, delivering variance analysis, scenario modelling and commercial insights. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, advanced financial models integrating ERP/Hyperion/CRM data, and drive reporting automation to inform leadership decisions.

Lead early-stage biologics business development by building target-account and molecule pipelines, qualifying Bioprocess Design Center projects, driving technical evaluations, protecting molecule continuity through transfers, converting technical wins into commercial outcomes, and managing CRM-based funnel, forecasting, and cross-functional execution across APJ accounts.
