Teams at Volga Partners

Conduct guided usability research on OKX and competitor cryptocurrency apps. Test account registration, identity verification, deposits, and initial crypto purchases while narrating experiences through screen and audio recordings. Submit written usability feedback, follow strict task sequences, and attend a weekly one-hour debrief call. Participants must be new to the tested apps and have required identification, payment methods, devices, English narration skills, and a quiet recording environment.
