Support Wellington Management’s ANZ Distribution team with client servicing, relationship management, business development, reporting, Salesforce activity tracking, market research, RFI responses, marketing materials, client communications, and onsite planning. The internship provides broad exposure to institutional and wealth management while developing investment management and client relationship skills.

Supports the ANZ Institutional team with business development, client servicing, RFPs, presentations, meeting coordination, CRM and Salesforce data maintenance, information requests, implementation activities, workflow management, and project coordination. The role collaborates with business developers, relationship managers, relationship analysts, and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and strengthen institutional client relationships. It also requires developing knowledge of investment management, capital markets, products, and client priorities.

Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns for Australia and New Zealand, support event planning, content and creative production, digital and social marketing, manage vendors and compliance reviews, and provide operational and production support to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
