Handles inbound customer enquiries, processes orders, coordinates fulfilment, provides product recommendations, prepares quotations, manages order statuses, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role supports outside sales while collaborating with operations, inventory, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver security, networking, datacom, and telecommunications solutions to B2B customers.

Manage and grow customer accounts through outbound engagement, opportunity identification, quoting, negotiation, product and solution recommendations, and sales program execution. Collaborate with outside sales, vendors, product managers, and customer service teams. Support complex order processing, trade counter service, incoming calls, and technical advice related to electronic security products.
