Manage and grow player communities for indie games across Discord, Reddit, Steam and social platforms. Plan and execute content calendars, outreach, influencer collaborations, live events, and crisis communications. Track performance metrics and partner with marketing, development, and publishing teams to align community messaging and support launches and live-service operations.

Own end-to-end deal lifecycle for IP licensing from commercial agreement through contract signing and payment. Validate and challenge BD forecasts, maintain pipeline accuracy, run closing checklists, remove blockers, coordinate Legal/Finance/BD, and implement process improvements and automation (including AI tools) to shorten deal cycles and standardize workflows. Provide weekly pipeline reporting and represent the business unit in deal-related meetings.

Support People operations by improving onboarding processes, maintaining People data and documentation, updating internal resources (e.g., Notion), handling system updates and reports, and optimizing use of AI and tools to increase People team efficiency.
