About LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Enterprise team

LEAP Enterprise is LEAP’s dedicated division for Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most complex law firms — those running 50 or more users. It brings together LEAP’s practice and matter management with Efimis, our AI-powered, cloud-native general ledger and trust accounting engine, to give enterprise firms a single, modern platform to run their business.

Efimis was purpose-built for the demands of large firms: dual-ledger trust and office accounting, AI-assisted invoice processing, and natural-language reporting through Eve, our AI reporting assistant — hosted across AWS and Azure with bank-grade security. Paired with LEAP’s practice management, it replaces the patchwork of legacy PM and accounting systems most enterprise firms have outgrown.

LEAP Enterprise operates like a focused growth business inside a much larger, well-established global group — you get the backing, resources and reach of the wider LEAP business, with the pace, ownership and upside of a start-up sales motion.

What you'll do

You’ll start with every territory of Australia’s largest law firms available for you to hunt — selling LEAP Enterprise (LEAP practice management plus Efimis GL and trust accounting) from first outreach through to signed, multi-year agreement. Reporting to the Manager, LEAP Enterprise AU/NZ, you’ll work alongside dedicated Project Managers and Transition Managers who look after your clients once the deal is signed as well as our SDR team, Sales manager and Product manager as well.

This is a genuine hunter role. You’ll spend real time prospecting and building your own pipeline, run your own discovery and qualification conversations, and manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Managing Partners, COOs, CFOs and IT leads — then stay close through the handover to implementation so firms get to value fast.

To make this happen, you will:

New Business & Pipeline Generation

  • Prospect and build a strong pipeline across a defined territory of AU/NZ law firms with 50+ staff
  • Run outbound campaigns, networking and relationship-building to generate meetings with Managing Partners, COOs, CFOs and IT leads
  • Qualify opportunities through structured discovery to confirm genuine fit, budget and timeline before investing further sales effort

Consultative Enterprise Selling

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand a firm’s current practice management and accounting setup, workflows and pain points
  • Partner with your Solutions Engineer to prepare and deliver demonstrations tailored to each firm’s specific challenges
  • Build and present ROI and business cases quantifying the time, cost and productivity impact of moving to LEAP Enterprise
  • Position LEAP Enterprise — including Efimis, our AI-powered GL and trust accounting engine — against the incumbent systems large firms have outgrown

Deal Execution & Commercial Outcomes

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through to signed agreement
  • Structure and negotiate enterprise commercial terms — pricing, contract length, data migration and onboarding scope
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce

Implementation Alignment & Client Success

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Transition Managers to plan a smooth handover from sale to onboarding
  • Set clear, realistic expectations with clients around migration, rollout and adoption timelines
  • Stay engaged through the early weeks of onboarding to protect the relationship and support long-term success
  • Bring client and market insight back to the LEAP Enterprise team to sharpen positioning and sales approach

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or another complex, consultative sales environment
  • A genuine track record of building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting not just converting inbound leads
  • Experience managing long (6+ month), multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving legal, finance and IT decision-makers
  • Confidence building and presenting ROI and business cases to senior leaders such as Managing Partners, COOs and CFOs
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Rigorous CRM and forecasting discipline
  • Experience selling to professional services or another regulated industry is highly regarded; legal, accounting or GL knowledge is a strong plus but not essential — we’ll teach you the product
