About The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Central Coast & Newcastle territory and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives. This includes driving sales performance across all product categories and SKUs within EHP's specialist brands, including AEG, Vintec, and BeefEater.

You will develop and implement territory business plans aligned with key account investments, promotional activities, and commercial priorities to maximise sales growth, increase market share, and deliver a profitable product mix.

With a strong focus on profitable growth, you will foster exceptional customer and consumer experiences while building productive relationships across key stakeholders.

The role encompasses both sell-in and sell-out responsibilities, requiring you to drive demand through retail partners, optimise in-store execution, and ensure strong product performance throughout the customer journey. Through effective territory management, commercial planning, and sales execution, you will contribute to the achievement of EHP's overall business objectives.

A Typical Day

  • Development of the overall store business plan.

  • Conduct individual business reviews with Business Owners, Franchisee’s, Buyers, Department Managers

  • Understand and execute the monthly Key Account Manager (KAM) channel plans for each Business

  • Execute the plan to drive focus priorities through confirmed product Deals & Offers

  • Understand channel investment plans to drive sell out

  • Drive channel Advertising and Promotional activity to increase volume and market share

  • Ensure Electrolux Consumer Promotional Programs are communicated and executed

  • Identification of Sales Opportunities

  • Core Range Reconciliation;

  • Competitor/market activity

  • Inventory and Order Management

  • Product and Process training

  • Product maintenance

  • Display Maintenance

Who You Are

  • Solid field sales experience as an Account Manager or Territory Manager, ideally within Whitegoods/Home Appliances or Consumer Goods industry.

  • Business & Financial Acumen - Understands the company's business model and financial health of a customers' business prior to pursuing potential sales opportunities.

  • Analytical Skills - Able to methodically weigh varying pieces of evidence or data and determine the best course of action

  • Win-Win Outcomes - Able to successfully negotiate to close with best price/margin possible. Understands customers' objectives

  • Sales Tools Mastery - Demonstrates proficiency with Cognos, SAP and/or other IT based applications (i.e. CRM) maintaining high data integrity

  • Market Drivers - Understands the external market and industry dynamics that make our products/solutions a valuable investment for customers

  • Communication - Can communicate in a clear, persuasive, influential way

  • Collaboration - Values experience and contributions of individual team members as well as peers; demonstrates willingness to collaborate to find new, creative solutions to problems as well as emerging opportunities
