 As an Account Manager, you will: 

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers (no cold calling) to strengthen relationships, drive sales, provide support, and educate clients through proactive engagement.
  • Achieve exceptional earnings by consistently exceeding sales targets every month.
  • Take ownership of meeting and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and sales goals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships that help customers achieve their goals, leading to upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across 30+ products in our IT Complete Platform (www.ITComplete.com).
  • Drive product adoption, effectively manage escalations, and enhance customer satisfaction to boost retention and long-term growth.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and six-week rolling sales forecasts.
  • Receive mentorship from industry-leading executives with deep expertise in the technical and software sectors.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, in-office sales environment that’s both world-class and fun.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working in a Sales Environment (preferably B2B or SaaS sales)
  • High energy, gritty, driven, passionate about sales and your customers, and eager to earn significant sales commissions.  
  • Has a proven track record of crushing sales goals.  
  • Accountable to your goals and drives success through Metrics and KPI’s
  • A motivated, coachable and competitive go-getter; a resilient achiever driven to win and excel.
  • An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts. 

This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
