 Our Story
PropertyMe is Australia's leading cloud-based property management platform, trusted by thousands of real estate agencies to manage their rental portfolios at scale. We are looking for a data-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our customer growth engine — building the pipeline of property management agencies who choose PropertyMe to run their business. It is 12 - month contract role.

 Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, content, email, and partnerships to drive qualified leads and trials.
  • Own the full-funnel marketing plan from awareness through to first paid conversion, collaborating closely with Sales on lead handoff and pipeline quality.
  • Manage and optimise significant paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a focus on CAC efficiency and pipeline ROI.

Growth & Optimisation

  • Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation programme — running A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, ad creative, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Develop deep insight into the property management buyer journey, identifying friction points and opportunities to accelerate time-to-conversion.
  • Track and report on core acquisition metrics (CPL, CPA, MQL-to-SQL rate, pipeline contribution) and surface actionable insights to leadership.

Segmentation & Positioning

  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across agency size, portfolio type, and geography to sharpen targeting and messaging.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate PropertyMe's product value into compelling acquisition messaging tailored to key segments.
  • Identify and develop new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities, including industry associations, PropTech ecosystem partners, and events.

Marketing Infrastructure

  • Own and evolve the acquisition tech stack including Salesforce (or equivalent CRM/MAP), attribution tooling, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution across all channels to enable confident budget allocation decisions.

 What you bring

  • 5+ years in B2B acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or PropTech
  • Proven track record managing six-figure paid media budgets with measurable ROI
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in GA4, Salesforce, and spreadsheet modelling
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, CRO, and growth experimentation frameworks
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Excellent written communication and ability to craft compelling go-to-market copy
  • Experience marketing to real estate professionals or property managers is a strong plus
  • Self-starter mindset you own outcomes, not just activities

 The benefits and perks
     • Job security working for one of Australia's leading PropTech companies
     • 3 days WFH (Hybrid work)
     • Free onsite snacks, breakfast, and lunch
     • Beautiful office in Sydney CBD with great views of Darling Harbour
     • Regular milestone parties and events
