About the Team

We are looking for an Associate to join the Enterprise team. This person will support our Enterprise Account Managers with the day-to-day management, analytics, reporting, and operational execution for some of our largest enterprise restaurant partners across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

The DoorDash Restaurant Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision and development of key restaurant merchants in Australia and New Zealand. DoorDash is a fast-moving company, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable, hard-working, a team player, a critical thinker, organised, and an optimistic problem solver. In this role you will support Enterprise Account Managers through analytics, reporting, operational workstreams, and cross-functional collaboration - turning data into commercial insights that shape how we grow our biggest restaurant partnerships.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Reporting & Analytics - Build and own client reporting and dashboards, translating raw data into a clear "so what" that drives commercial decisions
  • Commercial Insights - Produce data-driven analyses, presentations, and recommendations that support business reviews, joint business planning, and commercial renegotiations
  • Operational Excellence - Drive day-to-day operational workstreams end to end, including menu optimisation, project planning, store onboardings and change of ownerships, merchant marketing, and custom reporting
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to solve problems and keep workstreams moving for our clients
  • Partner Support - Support Enterprise Account Managers across the management and growth of our top restaurant partners, including preparing for and attending merchant meetings and conferences across Australia and New Zealand
We’re excited about you because…
  • Experience - You have 1-3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, tech, FMCG, commercial / category management, account management, or analytics
  • Entrepreneurial - You create your own structure in a fast-moving environment; where there's no playbook, you write one
  • Relationship-builder - You love working directly with clients; you create and maintain long-term relationships
  • Analytically rigorous - You're confident in spreadsheets and BI tools, and can turn raw data into a clear, defensible commercial insight
  • A structured communicator - You organise information clearly and make it easy for stakeholders to understand and act on
  • An owner - You move without being told, proactively frame problems, and close the loop
  • Gritty - You like rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail as much as you like the big picture
  • Commercial fluency - a working understanding of margin, commission, and ROI
