The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity for a full-time Associate Marketing Manager based in our Sydney, Macquarie office. In this role, the successful Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Cochlear Implant Marketing strategy and campaigns and managing the Cochlear Implant (CI) product portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the ANZ business by executing commercially driven, scalable field activities, professional events, and supporting Professional marketing communication campaigns and managing CI product portfolio in line with the overall ANZ growth strategy.
- Implementing CI marketing campaigns and key selling messages for the field team.
- Leading the execution of new product launches and product lifecycle management in collaboration with the Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing team
- Supporting the development of product marketing strategy and implementation of these plans with the field teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to deliver insight-driven initiatives and collateral to support the field team.
- Taking charge of analytics around campaign performance, sales data and preparing presentations to showcase product launch and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Conducting reviews of product/industry updates to ensure that the field team is kept up to date on new developments within the ANZ Cochlear Implant Market.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation with ongoing monitoring of activities to help guide and inform decision-making and business planning.

Essential:
- Extensive background in product marketing and product management
- Good foundation of campaign management within a B2Bor healthcare professional environment
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and projects
- Exceptional time management and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and a knack for fostering strong relationships within a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Achievement oriented, outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude
- Sound knowledge of principles surrounding brand marketing and/or digital marketing
- Graduate qualifications in marketing or business
Ideal:
- Experience with Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience with social media platforms and marketing tools such as LinkedIn and Google Analytics
- Exposure to a regional or global marketing function
