About the Role
An overview of your responsibilities are as follows:
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements
• Process Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, including invoicing and payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
• Preparation of general journals and month end reports
• Assist with payroll processing and administration
• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records
• General team support.
What you’ll need to succeed:
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is essential
• Experience with SAP, Netsuite and Dext will be considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• At least three years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self motivated and strong communications skills.
