Senior Business Analyst – Complaints & Estates
- Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%).
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.
- Work closely with business and Agile delivery teams.
- Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
- Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.
- Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required.
