The Business Analyst II collaborates with teams to assess customer capabilities, elicit product requirements, and support user acceptance testing, ensuring clear communication with technical teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with the Business Analysis and Architecture team(s) in assessing customer capabilities and identifying customer requirements
- Works within Business Analyst and Architecture team in eliciting product requirements and use cases
- Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing.
- Participates in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Participates in quality management reviews
- Works primarily with internal project teams and will have independent interactions with the customer.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
