We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in the role of a Business Analyst on a contract for 6 months.

The role will include working in projects and general product development within the business.

Whilst this role is advertised in Sydney, given the roles hybrid nature we would consider all candidates across Australia.

Important: The successful candidate for this position must obtain or be willing to obtain an ABN. This is an Independent Contractor Role.

Requirements
  • Collaboration with the following stakeholders (including but not limited to), in order to gather, validate and document business requirements:
    • Clients
    • Product Managers
    • Project Managers
    • Customization Leads
    • Developers
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions, as well as outlining business impacts
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions
  • Creating requirements documentation which can be easily converted to user documentation
  • Review, provide suggestions for and implement improvements in requirements gathering/documentation processes across the business
  • Support in implementation and testing of solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this customer-facing position

Qualificaitons:

  • 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Experience working in agile and/or hybrid project environments.
  • Experience conducting gap analysis, facilitating requirements workshops, and eliciting requirements.
  • Experience business cases and option analysis reports.
  • Experience improving business processes and documenting business rules and data.
  • You have an interest in technology and master new technology easily
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Office Applications, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com) is a plus
