- B2B sales with hybrid working
- 12 month fixed term contract - Sydney or Melbourne based
As a Business Development Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for driving B2B growth by actively acquiring new business partnerships and fostering lasting customer relationships.
The role's primary focus is on consistently achieving revenue and profit targets through proactive sales strategy execution and strategic business development.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Business Development & Sales
Strategically prospect for new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging relationships.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for customer contact, meetings, and sales targets.
- Demonstrate value to prospective and new customers by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to increase basket size and gross profit.
Relationship Management & Customer Success
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new customers with clear resources and support.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for newly onboarded customers to systematically analyse and increase sales and profitability.
- Proactively communicate with customers to maintain engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including the store network, to ensure the best outcomes for customer matters.
Now let’s talk about you:
- 3+ years demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the beverage industry.
- Experience nurturing and growing existing accounts through strategic account planning and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Skilled in using CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate performance reports.
- Direct experience and clear understanding of the relevant B2B market, including competitors and customer needs.
- A track record of collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer outcomes, particularly with retail or operational networks.
- Proven ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships, manage transitions, and act as a trusted partner.
