InfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator that is helping a range of professionals, businesses and individuals in a digital age. We care about what we do and the people we work with. We partner with our clients to identify their challenges and constantly look for ways to evolve our products to maximise their impact.

The Role

The Corporate Business Development Manager is accountable for driving new business growth within InfoTrack's Corporate vertical. This is a dedicated new business role - the successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach through to product demonstration, account establishment, and close. In addition, the role carries responsibility for maintaining and developing a commission trail of existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring long-term account retention.

About you

You are a driven and commercially minded sales professional with a proven ability to win new business and build lasting client relationships. Confident engaging with senior decision-makers, you take a consultative approach to sales, thrive in a target-driven environment, and bring energy, professionalism, and initiative to everything you do.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery meetings through to product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and account acquisition.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by developing strong relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and expansion.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain multi-threaded relationships across client organisations to maximise long-term revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client activity, and forecasting within Salesforce while ensuring all customer interactions are recorded.
  • Monitor portfolio performance using Power BI insights, proactively engaging clients to increase revenue, improve client outcomes, and achieve or exceed sales KPIs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly across multiple channels.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales is highly regarded.
  • Confident presenting and demonstrating solutions in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build credibility and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
