Business Development Manager – TGE Freight

Team Global Express is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help grow our Freight business across Australia.

This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored freight and supply chain solutions across our national network.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business growth across TGE’s Freight division.

  • Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions.

  • Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

  • Identify growth opportunities across palletised, intermodal, and specialised freight services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Solid exposure to supply chain processes and logistics operations in any industry.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.

  • A proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset

Experience within transport, freight, warehousing, manufacturing, retail supply chain, or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
