What you're working towards

Our vision is to be the world’s most valued LegalTech company and our Sales Team are the influential movers and shakers driving our value skywards with every new client. You'll grow our client base by putting LEAP’s market-leading software into the hands of more and more law firms worldwide.

What you'll do

As part of the Australian Sales Team you will play a vital role in driving growth by creating a robust sales pipeline and guiding prospective customers through their buying journey with expertise and care. As an experienced sales professional you'll be integral to our new business efforts across the AU region, working with cross functional teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Develop pipeline through your network, cold outreach and through warm introductions and referrals.
  • Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature.
  • Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to opportunities either in person or online (3+ user target market only)
  • Master the LEAP demonstration
  • Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
  • Work with our post sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients.
  • Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region.
  • Attend conferences, roadshows, exhibitions and events, networking with existing clients and prospective clients within the legal sector.

What you'll bring

  • You’re an experienced software seller, adept at helping prospects to navigate complex, competitive environments. Consider it a huge plus if you have experience selling into the legal sector.
  • You understand people and how to communicate internally and externally. You know when to send an email and when to pick up the phone to drive an outcome and you’re an expert at cold networking.
  • You’re an expert in your field, bringing insight and expertise to help your prospects and partners to understand not only our proposition but the evolving landscape and market dynamics.
  • You have high attention to detail and can understand the specifics involved in a complex product and proposition
  • You’re able to solve complex problems and you’re constantly considering the wider implications of a particular approach on different stakeholders.
  • You’re commercially minded and you know how to prioritise collective efforts to generate revenue.
