The role
Own your portfolio. Grow your network. Back Aussie small businesses.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a broker portfolio, growing and activating a network of broker and referral partners to drive consistent deal flow.

This is a high-impact, phone-led role where your ability to engage, influence and energise partners will directly translate into growth.

You’ll be the trusted partner, helping your network understand our value, spotting opportunities, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

What you'll be doing
  • Own and grow a portfolio of broker/referral partners within your territory
  • Proactively engage, educate and activate partners to drive quality deal flow
  • Build strong market presence and create referral momentum across your network
  • Pitch and position Prospa’s value proposition to generate ongoing opportunities
  • Partner with the National Sales Manager and wider BDM team to unlock growth opportunities
  • Execute best practice channel sales and engagement strategies
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in channel sales / BDM roles (minimum 3+ years)
  • Strong track record of managing a territory and hitting sales targets
  • Experience working with brokers, aggregators, or referral partners
  • Exposure to lending, fintech, or financial services (highly regarded)
  • Ability to build trust quickly and influence partner behaviour
  • A natural communicator—confident, engaging and commercially sharp
  • Passion for growing partnerships and driving results in a fast-paced environment
