  • Qualify leads to the "Magic35" standard, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the senior consulting team.
  • Book high-level discovery calls and manage the early-stage sales funnel within Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Generate interest and secure attendance for niche industry events that the team attends across the APAC region.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape to effectively communicate the value of implementation services.
  • Coordinate closely with UK-based leadership while operating autonomously within the APAC timezone.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
  • Extensive experience selling directly to CFOs, Finance Directors, or Senior Finance leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a native-level Australian accent (essential for market alignment).
  • Ability to work Australian business hours (any AU timezone) and commit to an initial 2-week training period in the UK timezone.
  • Proficiency in modern sales stacks, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • A results-oriented "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Finance or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience selling professional consultancy or implementation services.
  • Familiarity with financial technologies such as CCH Tagetik, Workiva, Sage Intacct, FloQast, Pigment, Oracle NetSuite, or Kyriba.
  • Previous experience in event-lead generation or field marketing support.
  • A background in account management or client relationship services.
