About the role

In this 18 month contract, you will support the integration of EG Australia and Ampol Foodary merchandise operations by managing product, pricing, promotional and range changes across key systems. You'll provide administrative and systems support to Category Managers, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance and smooth execution during the transition to the Ampol operating model.

This role plays a key part in protecting sales, margin and supplier income through strong attention to detail, accurate execution and effective coordination across high-volume activities.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Action approved range, product, pricing, promotion, supplier funding and rebate changes across Envoy and StoreBOS.
  • Support product creation, amendments, deletions, ranging, price changes and promotional setup in line with approved category plans and governance.
  • Complete required system and administrative activities across other merchandise platforms as business and integration requirements evolve.
  • Validate instructions, source data and approvals before changes are entered into systems.
  • Support Foodary Category Managers and Transitional Category Managers by collating sales, margin, range, pricing, promotion, supplier income and inventory data
  • Prepare accurate working files, trackers, summaries and presentation inputs to support category reviews and integration decisions.
  • Support the accurate setup, tracking and reconciliation of supplier funding, rebates and promotional income across relevant systems and trackers.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
  • Experience in a retail, merchandise, category, systems administration, data or commercial support role.
  • Experience in the following:
    • accurately processing product, pricing, promotion, range or supplier information in business systems is highly regarded.
    • working with large data files, multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
    • supporting process improvement, system implementation or business integration activity is desirable.
