Your Team
You will be part of the Change program which sits within the Technology & Transformation Office. The program is headed by a program manager with several project managers, change managers, BAs and SMEs across the business. The Change Analyst role reports to the Change Lead.
This is a 6 month contract role with a view to extend.
Your Responsibilities
- Support delivery of change outcomes for the Change Program by reviewing impacts and translating deliverables into practical business activities
- Partner with Senior Change and Program Managers to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new processes, controls and ways of working
- Provide insights on change impacts, dependencies, readiness and adoption risks to support effective judgement making
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk/Compliance and external partners to drive alignment and implementation
- Coordinate and track key change activities including impact assessments, communications, training, readiness actions and post go‑live support
- Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes
Your Capability and Experience
Mandatory:
Strong detail-oriented and problem‑solving skills, including ability to conduct change impact and trend assessment
Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building across internal and external partners
Experience developing communication materials (e.g. briefings, training, talking points)
Ability to use data and insights to inform outcomes and change interventions
Desirable:
Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and outcomes
Experience leveraging customer, adviser and employee feedback to drive improvements
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning initiatives
