Your Team

You will be part of the Change program which sits within the Technology & Transformation Office.  The program is headed by a program manager with several project managers, change managers, BAs and SMEs across the business.  The Change Analyst role reports to the Change Lead. 

This is a 6 month contract role with a view to extend.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of change outcomes for the Change Program by reviewing impacts and translating deliverables into practical business activities
  • Partner with Senior Change and Program Managers to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new processes, controls and ways of working
  • Provide insights on change impacts, dependencies, readiness and adoption risks to support effective judgement making
  • Collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk/Compliance and external partners to drive alignment and implementation
  • Coordinate and track key change activities including impact assessments, communications, training, readiness actions and post go‑live support
  • Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes

Your Capability and Experience

Mandatory:

  • Strong detail-oriented and problem‑solving skills, including ability to conduct change impact and trend assessment

  • Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building across internal and external partners

  • Experience developing communication materials (e.g. briefings, training, talking points)

  • Ability to use data and insights to inform outcomes and change interventions

Desirable:

  • Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and outcomes

  • Experience leveraging customer, adviser and employee feedback to drive improvements

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning initiatives
