Job Description:

As a Client Manager, you’ll lead day‑to‑day client relationships, drive integrated media planning across all channels, and help shape innovative solutions that influence how millions of Australians shop every day. You’ll also mentor junior team members and play a key role in delivering work that’s smart, strategic and commercially impactful.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations effectively

  • Own creation and output of media plans, including detailed channel selection & implementation recommendations

  • Partner with media owners and other agency partners to maintain a high level of service across the account

  • Work closely with the buying teams to communicate media delivery performance & results to the client

  • Lead briefing and negotiation processes with media owners

  • Manage daily WIP meetings, contract reports and client administration

What you'll bring:

  • Proven ability to own end-to-end media planning, shaping implementation & channel recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills

  • A solid understanding of the Australian Media landscape

  • Confidence managing timelines, budgets & internal teams
