Clinical Territory Manager- MedSurg

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Clinical Territory Manager to join our team in Western Sydney Corridor. Key focus areas will include Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and Advanced Wound Care.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving and striving to exceed the Sales Target for specified healthcare Territory by:
- selling and providing clinical education to existing Medical Surgical Division customers on the benefits of Solventum products to drive and grow revenue.
- identifying new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care Pillar, to drive and grow revenue
- Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
- Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
- Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
- Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum
- Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.
Key criteria (Preferrable):
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- Strong sales performer within medical services and/or devices.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Willing and able to travel for work as required
- Strong relationship skills
- Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
- Experience in Operating theatres
- Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care
