About the Role:

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting equipment sales through the development and delivery of tailored finance solutions. Working closely with sales teams, customers, and finance partners, you will help drive business growth while managing financial risk and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your financial acumen to influence strategic decisions and contribute directly to the success of Brandt Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with sales teams and external financial institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights.
  • Evaluate credit bureaus and deliver informed recommendations for credit decisions.
  • Drive achievement of sales and market share targets to ensure sustained success for Brandt Finance.
  • Stay abreast of competitive developments to uphold Brandt Finance’s commitment to superior products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in equipment finance, commercial finance, banking, or a related industry
  • Experience structuring finance solutions and assessing commercial risk
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending principles, and financial statements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused mindset and commercial approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
